New Zealand

• FREE shipping for orders over $20NZD within NZ
• $10NZD for orders under $20NZD within NZ

Contact us if you require a GST receipt.

Australia 

• FREE shipping for orders over $100AUD
• $33AUD for all orders under $100AUD

Australian orders are fulfilled from NZ and typically do not incur any importation/tax on entry to Australia.

United States of America & Canada

We now have stock in both the USA and Canada. We do not charge an additional shipping cost with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii.

Occasionally, we will ship an order to Canada out of the USA if needed. We will try and minimize customs fees where possible.

Rest of the World (Europe and Central Asia)

• FREE shipping for orders over €300EUR
• €30EUR for all orders under €300EUR
  

Europe and Central Asia orders are typically fulfilled from NZ and MTNGear will pay VAT as part of the shipping bill were possible. This means you should not have to pay any additional tax on top of the purchase and shipping (if applicable) price. 

Please note:

• We typically have very few postage issues. If any does arrive we will work with you and the courier to try and resolve any issues. This can result in a delay in you receiving the order. This is somewhat out of our control but we will make sure you are taken care of.
• We will do what we can to assist and make any shipping and importation process as smooth as possible and have yet to have any issues but please note. If you are importing our products you are responsible of any importation permits or fees etc that may be required to get our products into your country. We typically pay VAT where possible but this does not guarantee there is no additional fees or Taxes. This is your risk along with customs seizing parcels at the border.
